1- This course presents an overview of the Egyptian health system & Disease in terms of its
history, health care governance and related provincial and federal regulations and
legislation.
2- The course will examine how Egypt’s healthcare system is organized, regulated, and
managed.
3- The course will present the different levels of care found in the health care system, and
discuss how information is used and shared within the different levels.
4- Application activities will provide students with the opportunity to analyze the various
components of the health care system, and develop an understanding how different
professional roles fit within this large and complex system.
