Further our Environment policy also ensures that all manufacturing is done in harmony with

Our products thus produced match global standards.
There are 3 main factors to consider in designing an evaporator:

= Pressure Drop-The evaporator must have sufficient space for the circulation of the refrigerant without too much pressure drop between the

between the substance being cooled and the refrigerant.

DALTON INDIA is committed towards the development and manufacturing of products that

from a sudden surge of liquid refrigerant and oil that could enter the
compressor from the suction line.
Selection of a suction line accumulator should be made on the basis of
the following three capabilities:
= The accumulator should have an adequate liquid-holding capacity
that can vary with the system.
= The accumulator should perform without adding excessive
pressure drop to the system. The recommended maximum
tonnages are based on a pressure drop equivalent to 0.5F. These
ratings are those of the accumulator based on oil return through the
accumulator, and will be modified by the length of the suction line
and compressor displacement.
= An accumulator should have the capability of returning liquid at the
proper rate and under a range of load conditions.

round tubes mounted inside a cylindrical shell.
= The tubes are thin-walled tubing produced specifically for use in
heat exchangers.
= The shell cylinder can be fabricated from rolled plate or from
piping (up to 24 inch diameters).
= One fluid runs through the tubes, and another fluid flows over
the tubes (through the shell) to transfer heat between the two
fluids. The set of tubes is called a tube bundle, and may be
composed of several types of tubes: plain, longitudinally
finned, etc.
We manufacture shell n tube Condenser and Chillers in SS & MS.
Tailor made designs as per customer specification are also
manufacturered.
Applications:
The shell n tube heat exchanger is by far the most common type of
heat exchanger used in industry. It can be fabricated from a wide
range of materials both metallic and non-metallic. Design
pressures range from full vacuum to 6,000 psi. Design
temperatures range from -250 degC to 800 degC.
Shell n tube heat exchangers can be used in almost all processes
of heat transfer applications.
