the property as soon as you arrive. Please make yourself familiar with the steps and print or download this page for your

1. The address is correctly
displayed on Google Maps.
When you are standing in front of
my building, on the left side you
will find the 2 key lockboxes. On
the right side is the entrance.
On the left hand side of the metal
door you will find 2 key lockboxes.
The one on the left, labeled “B” is
yours. Enter the code 0987 and
push down the black button of the
box to open it. Take the keys, close
the box and shuffle the numbers!
2. Go on the right side of the
building to find a big metal grid
where the entrance is. If the grid is
locked use one of the keys to
unlock it.
Enter the courtyard and go
straight to my entrance main door.
Use one of the keys to open it.
4. Go up to the 5th floor and unlock
the door on the left (labeled ROOF).
Then unlock the door in-front of you
(Number 77).

Luggage Storage
Arriving earlier than 3:00 pm or departing later than 12:00 pm (noon) and you need to leave your luggage somewhere?
You can use luggage storage. It is safe, centrally located and it is affordable.
1) Gifted Sofia – this one is downtown, near metro.

2) Central Bus Station – this one is also near metro, but also bus and train.

Reservation must be made minimum the day before arrival/departure.
- Take the metro and get off Serdica Station. Then walk for 5min to my building.
- Take а taxi – there is a line of taxis once you get out of the terminal. Make sure you get a licensed onе and he turns the meter on once you get
in. Or negotiate the price in advance.

Car Parking
- All around my building on the streets is paid parking - Blue zone. From Monday to Saturday from 08.30 to 20.00 you have to pay 2 BGN/h to be
able to park there. You can pay by sending a short text message (SMS) to number 1302 containing the national license plate number (for
example: СА1234НН). You are allowed to park in the Blue zone for maximum 2 hours!

The one bellow is for the boiler. It needs like 30-40 min to heat up the water.
