            About The Interview
Firstly, congratulations on reaching the interview stage of our application process!
We’re excited to meet you. Below are some tips to help you shine during your interview.
            1) Is your interview virtual? Then read on! If not, head to Step 2.
               • Treat your virtual interview like you would an in-person interview. Get set up and
ready ahead of time. Test your tech and ensure devices are fully charged and
                 working as they should.
               • Position yourself with an appropriate background. Check that your video is
well-positioned, the audio is clear and you’re in a quiet location where you won’t be
                 disturbed.
               • Remove distractions and turn off device notifications.
               • Wear suitable and comfortable interview attire as if you were visiting the office.
            2) Do Your Research.
It’s a great idea to do some pre-interview prep work so that you feel empowered
going in. Here are three ways to prep that will help you stand out from the crowd:
               • Spend time researching WBD, the leadership team and the people you’re meeting.
               • Visit our website and social media channels to read up on the latest WBD news
                 and announcements.
               • Think about why you want to work at WBD and, more specifically, read the job
description. What about this role is right for you in your career journey? We’re all
fans of WBD content, so that’s always nice to hear, but try to go a bit deeper than
that so we can get to know you and why the role makes sense for you.

                 About The Interview (continued)
                 3) Show and Tell.
Remember, the interviewer wants you to do as well as you want to do! Their goal is
to learn how your specific experiences and skills will bring value to the role, and for
you to evaluate if WBD is the right place for you. Prepare, practice, and be confident
                    in your answers.
                      • Highlight your strengths and skills which relate to the role. What will you bring
to the position? What are you excited to learn?
                      • Prepare for Behavioral Questions – questions that will look at how you've
handled a specific challenge in the past. It would be helpful to think of a few
examples of when you’ve driven or meaningfully contributed to a project that’s
                        relevant to the role.
Typically the STAR approach is the most helpful with Behavioral Questions.
Describe a Situation, giving the context within which you performed a task
or faced a challenge at work. What needed to be accomplished? What was
the goal you were working towards? Then describe your specific Task (your
responsibility) within that situation. Then describe the Action you took to
address the task, keeping the focus on your own personal efforts. Then
describe the Result of the actions you took and the ways you measured
                             your success.

          About The Interview (continued)
               • Also prepare for Hypothetical Questions – questions that will evaluate how
you would handle a challenge you may not have encountered yet. These are
designed to assess your thought process rather than assess a “right” or
“wrong” solution. Examples of Hypothetical Questions to think about:
What would you do in a situation where you were required to put in additional
                       effort to complete a task?
How would you plan to work on a large-scale objective that greatly affects the
                       success of the company?
               • Listen carefully to each question and practice mindful, clear and concise
responses. It’s okay to pause and gather your thoughts before answering
                 a question.
               • Prepare two or three questions to ask at the end of your interview.
                 Some examples:
What does the team love about working at WBD?
How will success in this role be measured?
Above all else, stay calm and confident, and don’t sweat the small stuff. Interviews
can be nerve-racking (on both ends, believe it or not!), so take a deep breath and be
confident in your skills and experiences. You’re at the interview stage for a reason!
Last but not least: we strive to keep you as updated as possible, but don’t hesitate to
reach out to your recruiter if you have any questions. We hope you have a truly posi-
tive experience with us as a candidate, and we look forward to connecting!
