70% of young hires regret joining because of culture.

Read this to ensure your company isn’t next.

These data are shocking.

Young hires are the future of the company.

But the culture pushes them away in most companies.

This has to change.

Because things like:

↳ Fancy job titles

↳ Attractive benefits
↳ Perks and incentives

Don't work.

Here's what works:

Be a leader and face the problem:

↳ Recognize the real issues
↳ Address the deeper challenges head-on
↳ Have honest conversations with your team

Fix what’s broken:

↳ If micromanagement is killing initiative, just stop
↳ Replace empty recognition with genuine appreciation
↳ Ensure workloads are reasonable to prevent burnout

Create pathways for growth:

↳ Don’t just promise advancement. Build real pathways
↳ Invest in coaching, mentoring, and give them autonomy
↳ Show you're committed to them not just the bottom line

Encourage collaboration, not competition:

↳ Eliminate toxic office politics
↳ ByAdd
setting clear
your standards of respect and trust

↳ Make sure that collaboration outweighs personal gain

Remember:

No perk or incentives can fix a broken culture.

The long-term value lies in building an environment where:

↳ People feel valued

↳ They have room to grow
↳ Their contributions matter

When you get the culture right, everything else follows.

That’s how you lead a team people don’t want to leave.

It's what great leaders do.

What else would you recommend?

Culture creation happens at the front line. So watch out for the unwritten ground rules! These little
processes or explanations on why things are done a certain way, that are not documented but passed
on to each new hire.

Do everything you can to make sure those unwritten ground rules are positive, productive and align
with the organisation values.
