Installation Problems:
1. Firstly, confirm that the product is free from the obvious damage that the naked eyes could observe. If it is,
please consult with the seller and deal with it.
2. There is no installation manual. Due to the particularity, it has various types of the product. Considering the
timeliness, we believe that once the buyers could disassemble the original vehicle, they could install our products.
Therefore, we only provide the brief introduction. If you have other problems, please consult the seller.
3. Please be sure to keep the bracket, screw and alarm button. In general, we do not offer them, but they may be
required in later installation.
4. If it is found that the frame is not matched, please take the photos of the original vehicle's radio, inform the
correct model year, and seek for the confirmation of the seller.
5. If the plug is found mismatched, please take the back of the radio, inform the correct model year, whether the
original vehicle has the rear-view camera, and the power amplifier. In case of canbus decoder, it is suggested to
take the label photos and observe all connected interfaces.
6. In case of more plugs to be found in the installation process, please attempt to connect all plugs and attempt to
turn on it. If it fails, please refer to the solution in 5; If it could be turned on, please check all functions required. If
everything is ok, please ignore all plugs unconnected, the same vehicle may have different interfaces due to
various reasons, which is what we reserve.
7. Please check the following schematic diagram (if the interface wiring harness is almost same, some changes
may occur due to time. In case of there is any difference and it is required, please consult the seller):

9. If it could not be turned on after successful installation, the following situations may occur:
① If the fuse is burned, pull out the fuse (the red transparent part pm the power cable interface on the back
of the host). Check whether it is burnt. If it is, please consult the seller: If it isn't, please attempt the following
actions.
② To reset the device, find a small stick and keep long press of "RST" hole opening at the top left corner for
at least 5 seconds. Then, check whether it is reset. If it is not, please continue to attempt the following.
③ Please find the red wire, yellow wire and black wire and shear off at the appropriate position (for
subsequent re-connection). The red wire and yellow wire are connected to "+12V", while the black wire is
connected to "-12V" (in case of no external power sources, please connect to the positive and negative

④ If the device could be turned on, it indicates that there is no problem, so the position of the wiring harness
may be different. If you are willing to attempt, please find the power output the vehicle plug. Besides,
carefully check the position, adjust the wiring harness to adapt to your vehicle. The following drawing is the

Image display
1.Screen
① In case of blank screen, please disconnect the main power cord and re-connect it. Please observe whether
the left button will light up when the power is turned on. If it flashes, the display screen may be damaged.
Please open the back cover (please note that it does not affect the guarantee), check whether the connection is
wrong for the cable between the display screen and mainboard. It is suggested to re-pull and plug to test. If it
fails, please contact the seller; If the left button does not flash, please check it in accordance with the
"installation problems 8".

 ② If the touch screen does not work or it has no response (under such circumstance, you could link the
computer with the attached USB harness and operate with the mouse to enter the corresponding settings),
please attempt to update the system according to "others - system update"; If it fails, please place 5 fingers on
the touch screen for 10 seconds and click to calibrate when the yellow cross appears on the screen; If it could
be solved, please contact the seller.

2.Setting for startup logo

③ The reserve image is abnormal (the Sudoku or image has the large deformation), so find the setting path
below according to the settings:

4.For the host replacement, such function shall be paid. Please contact the seller to acquire the
activation code.
5. Does it need to switch the speed unit of the first UI interface?

6.For the video output, if you need to use this function, please check the fittings in the package; If it
is confirmed, please contact the seller. It you do not need the video output, such fittings are not

Sound
1.After the installation, other functions are normal. If there is no sound or the sound is low, please confirm
whether the original car has the original power amplifier:
If it has the original power amplifier, please check whether the canbus decoder exists in the package (it is a small
box shaped item and it is not provided for all vehicle models. Some models have no corresponding canbus
decoder, so please refer to the purchase page). If it has the canbus decoder, please refer to "compatibility issue 1"
for connection setting. In general, the original power amplifier could be activated; If the canbus decoder could not
be found, please provide the back pictures and model year and consult the seller on whether there are the canbus

decoders. If it has the original power amplifier, it is necessary to install the canbus decoder. Otherwise, it will have
no sound or the sound is low.
2.Is the tone quality of the built-in microphone not satisfied? -- Please purchase another 3.5mm external
microphone to connect the mic interface on the RCA expansion harness.
3.Voice control function? -- Please contact the seller to acquire such function.

Application
1.CarPlay functions (available for octa-core)
① Turn on the vehicle computer and find the Bluetooth icon. Then, click it and find the lower right gear
assembly icon for setting ---- find PIN password (0000 by default) ---- enter the Bluetooth setting and find
Carkit-blink (it may be another name) to enter PIN password for matching connection --- the host displays
the successful connection of Bluetooth. Switch to the host desktop and find Tlink for automatic connection
---- pop up the prompts on the mobile terminal to select "Use CarPlay" --- successful connection. When it is
used again, enter the Tlink for automatic matching and connection (please ensure no other Bluetooth is
connected);
② There is no Tlink on the host page, so please contact the seller to ask for the apk to install the software;
③ The apk software still needs to be activated. Please offer the QR code to the seller for remote activation;
④ With the error report of "no mfi chip", the carplay is damaged with unknown causes, please contact the
seller to replace.
2.Mirrorlink
① "Unregistered" appear in Mirrorlink. Please contact the seller to ask for apk for software installation or
download for installation automatically:

② Application methods for iPhone/Android
For Iphone, please connect the mobile phone and the vehicle computer in the same network environment.
Open the mirrorlink software of the vehicle computer and Screen Mirroring on the mobile phone; For the
Android phone, enter the developer mode. Then, connect the mobile phone and the attached USB wiring
harness. Open the mirrorlink software and prompt to download the phone application. After the successful
installation, it could be used.
3. Navigation-related
① Considering the inconvenience that offline map update may bring to users, we decide not to provide the
map update. If you have any requirement, contact the seller to acquire the old version of map installation
software.
② Recommend the google map
③ It is set as the navigation software path settings by default.

4.Split screen

Open two applications required, click the quad-core " " or octa-core " " at the top of screen;

Compatibility issues
1.Canbus settings
① Ensure that the canbus decoder is correctly connected. Observe the wiring harness is connected. Please
note that both ends of the individual canbus decoder have the interfaces;
(For example: the white wire below shall be connected to the host).

② The documents need to be updated, so the device shall be connected to the effective Internet;
③ Shoot the text label on the canbus decoder and confirm the obtained canbus brands according to the
table below and tag keywords;

④ Path set by the host:

⑤ If the problem still exists after setting, please inform the model and years to the seller. Then, select other
brand or model.
2.Square controller does not work:
① If the model purchased has the canbus decoder, please set Canbus according to "compatibility issue-1"
and re-start, which may solve it;
② If the model does not include the canbus decoder and you have no willing to purchase on the payment
conditions, please find Key 1 or Key 2 according to "installation problem-7" harness definition drawing or
small label on Harness. Besides, you shall know the definition of wiring harness of the original vehicle, find

 the position of the steering wheel control line and adjust the Key 1 or Key 2 to connect with that. After
completing the installation, learn according to the following path and press:

③ For certain models, you shall set the canbus. Besides, you shall learn the steering wheel controller (you
do not need to adjust the position of wiring harness). If the above methods are not successful, please set 2
steps;
④ For the steering wheel controller, some buttons do not work. Please take the photos to seek for support
to the seller.
3.The instrument panel airbag warning lamp is on -- extend a part of the ground wire in the power
line to contact the metal part of the vehicle body.
4. Reverse sensor is turned off/turned on -- path

5.The outside temperature is not displayed --- sorry, our product does not support the outside

① Under the bootable state, please connect the machine to the Internet and operate according to the

purchased configuration (example: octa-core 3GB + 32GB), and the seller will provide the corresponding

Then, the Key 1 or Key 2 on the power cord is connected to the black cord temporarily. Then, the device is
booted and the system will be updated forcedly.

2.Therefore, the software-related problems could be solved through the system update.

If the above problems are not involved in the problems in the using process or the relevant process
is still not solved with above solution, please contact the seller for the after-sales support.

8. Une fois l'installation terminée, si vous constatez que l'appareil ne s'allume pas correctement, il peut y avoir les

1. Schermo

1. Если после завершения установки обнаружили, что невозможно нормально включить устройство,
то ситуации, возможно, одна из представленных ниже:

1. Если после установки другие функции работают нормально, но пропадает звук или звук очень тихий, то

3. 拆解原车设备的的时候注意保留原车支架，螺丝，原车报警按键等，一般情况下我们的产品不提供这些，
在后面的安装中可能需要用到。
4. 安装过程中发现外框不匹配，请拍摄原车收音机的照片并告知正确的车型年份，找卖家确认。
5. 安装过程中发现插头不匹配，请拍摄原车收音机后背的照片，并将正确的车型年份以及是否有原车后视
摄像头，原车功放的情况告诉卖家。如有 canbus 解码器，建议拍摄标签照片，同时注意观察与其相连的
所有接口。
6. 安装过程中发现有多余的插头未接，请尝试将可以安装的接头全部接上，并尝试开机，如果不能开机，
请参考 5 的解决方案；如果可以开机，请逐一检查您所需要使用到的功能，如果一切正常，则请忽略这些
未接的插头，同一款车也可能因为各种原因有不一样的接口，这些是我们预留的接口。
7. 请查看如下接线示意图（接口线束大致相同，但可能因为时间的原因导致部分变更，如发现不同并有需
要，可咨询卖家）：

8. 安装完成后发现无法正常开机，可能存在以下几种情况：

③ 遇到黑屏的情况，请断开主电源线重新接一下主电源线，注意观察打开电源的过程中位于屏幕左
边的按钮是否会亮一下，如果会闪烁一下，可能是显示屏的问题，请打开后盖（注意该情况不影响保修），
检查显示器和主板的是否存在排线的链接问题，建议重新拔插一遍重新测试开机，如果不行，建议联系卖
家进行解决；如果左边按钮不会闪，那么请根据“安装问题,8”排查。
④ 遇到触摸屏不工作，没反应的情况（这种情况下可以通过随附的 USB 线束链接电脑用鼠标进行操
作进入对应设置）请首先依据“其他-系统更新”尝试更新系统；如没有解决，请将 5 个手指同事放置在
触摸屏上 10 秒钟，等待屏幕上出现黄色十字的时候点击进行校准；如依旧无法解决请联系卖家。

⑤ 遇到屏幕有竖线的问题，很抱歉，这种损坏可能发生在运输过程中，建议联系卖家解决或更换。

注意：并非所有型号都支持原车后视摄像头，如果你发现主电源线上有一个黄色 RCA 接口，那么正常
情况下，改线束支持原厂后视摄像头，其他情况请咨询卖家。

4. 安装后其他功能正常，但是遇到没有声音或者声音小的情况，首先确认自己原车是否带有原厂功放：
如果有原车功放，请检查包裹内是否有 canbus 解码器（小盒子状物品，并非所有车型都标配，部分付费
选配，部分无对应 canbus 解码器，具体请根据购买页面参考），如果有 canbus 解码器，请参考“兼容性
问题-1”进行连接设置，一般情况下可激活原车功放；如果没有找到 canbus 解码器，请提供原车设备后
背照片已经车型年份联系卖家是否具有选配 canbus 解码器，如果有原车功放， 则 canbus 解码器是必须的，
否则会遇到无声音或声音小的问题。
5. 嫌内置麦克风音质不好？-请另购 3.5mm 外置麦克风连接 RCA 拓展线束上的 MIC 接口。
6. 想要语音控制功能？-请联系卖家付费获取该功能。

应用
6. CarPlay 功能（仅八核配置）
⑥ 打开车机找到 Bluetooth 蓝牙图标点击进入---找到右下角齿轮装图标进入设置---找到 PIN
password（一般默认为 0000）---手机进入到蓝牙找到 Carkit-blink（可能为其他名称）输入 PIN password
进行匹配连接---主机显示蓝牙连接成功，切换到主机桌面找到 Tlink 进入等待自动连接---手机端跳出提
示栏请选择“Use CarPlay”--连接成功，第二次使用时直接进入 Tlink 就会自动匹配连接（请确保手机
将使用该功能时没有连接其他蓝牙设备）；
⑦ 主机页面没找到 Tlink，请联系卖家索取 apk 安装软件；
⑧ 有 apk 软件但是需要激活，请提供二维码给卖家远程激活；
⑨ 报错“no mfi chip”，carplay 模块因未知原因损坏，请联系卖家更换。
7. Mirrorlink
③ Mirrorlink 出现“未注册”一词，请联系卖家索要 apk 安装软件或自行下载安装:

打开车机 mirrorlink 软件，提示下载手机应用，下载安装即可使用。
8. 导航相关
④ 考虑到离线地图更新的不及时性可能为用户所带来的困扰，我们公司决定不再提供离线地图更新，
但是如果您有需要，您已经可以联系卖家获取旧版本地图安装软件

⑧ 拍摄 canbus 解码器上的文字标签，根据下表以及标签关键词确定获得的 canbus 的品牌；

就能解决该问题；
⑥ 如果您购买的型号不具备 canbus 解码器，并且在可付费选购的前提下您依旧不希望购买，请根
据“安装问题-7”线束定义图或者线束上的小标签找到 Key1 或 Key2，同时还需要您知道您原车的线束定
义，找到您原车方向盘控制线的位置，将 Key1 或 Key2 调整到与您原车的方向盘控制线对接，完成安装后，
根据以下路径进行学习按键即可：
