2. PADS
On levelling over of worksites, Sep.1 will commence by preparation of ground for
subgrade including any costs. Moreover, in fill areas the material both from stockpile and
borrow area will be shifted, compacted to design specifications followed by preparation
of subgrade.
Traffic Management
All MEP works including CSP pipes and HDPE lining will _______ concurrent
_________ based on overall pace of work and proposed schedule.
3. Separable-1
Ponds
Ponds excavation to designed depth, lining compaction as per MEP
drawings and specification.
4. Separable-2
Roads
Preference will be given to access roads to the site, plant, and village to be
kept on the alignment of desired road. (Stockpiles are common)
Starting in November
For VAR, stockpile may be created next to the ________ subject to the
approval of the company and site availability and workplace.
Soon after award of contract the contractor will start work on planning and
mobilization activities.
Simultaneously, work will be started on preparation of workplace. ITPS
management plans, so that their submissions is ensured as per contract
requirements. The contractor will mobilize its resources to establish, its site
site office and residential accommodation along with arrangements for
utilities and potable water. For treatment and disposal of wastewater and
solid waste, necessary measures will be taken in accordance to the event
management plan.
After mobilization to the project site, the contractor will start construction
activities as envisioned in accordance to the prepared work schedule.
The contractor has planned its construction activities in line with the
identified timeline constraints which are issued by the company.
The contractor will abide by those timelines.
The contractor will mobilize its resources in a planned manner. Initially
following activities will be performed.
a. Establishment of temporary facilities for construction staff
b. Installation of RO processing plant
c. Arrangement of utilities
d. Establishment of Quarry sites after necessary testing.
The mobilization will be done in phases.
