LEGAL SYSTEM OF THE EUROPEAN UNION
1.-The major sources of Union Law are:
a) Acts of the Member States and Union acts
b) General Principles of Union Law
c) Acts of the Member States, Union Acts, General Principles of Union Law, and
international agreements with non-member States
d) Acts of the Member States, General Principles of Union Law and international
agreements with non-member States.
2.-The constitutive Treaties of the European Union can be amended by two
procedures:
a) The ordinary revision procedure and the simplified revision procedure
b) The ordinary revision procedure and the extraordinary revision procedure
c) There are not two procedures for amending, only the ordinary revision procedure
