What I Want in Life
My overarching aspiration in life is to savor every moment to the fullest, steering away from
conventional expectations and societal norms. Unlike the pursuit of wealth, fame, or adhering to the
traditional life trajectory of marriage and retirement, my primary focus is on sustaining a constant state
of happiness. This pursuit involves engaging in activities that bring me joy, whether it's exploring new
destinations, relishing hot chocolate with loved ones on chilly days, or simply basking in the warmth of
cherished relationships. My ultimate goal is to attain self-actualization, where personal growth and
contentment become paramount.
Over the next two years, my aim is to embrace a myriad of experiences, both challenging and delightful.
This includes earning dual bachelor's degrees upon graduating from university and securing a remote job
that aligns with my passion, allowing me the flexibility to work from any corner of the globe. I envision
my professional journey to be fulfilling, delving into a field that captivates my interest and fuels my
enthusiasm.
Looking ahead to the five-year mark, I aspire to accumulate a wealth of learning experiences. Financially,
I aim to save enough to embark on a journey to every continent, including the icy vastness of Antarctica.
These diverse encounters will not only broaden my perspective but also contribute to my personal
development.
Fast-forwarding to the ten-year milestone, I envision myself occupying a prominent managerial position.
In this role, I aspire to impart my accumulated wisdom to a new generation of mentees, fostering their
growth and success. Concurrently, I plan to continue my quest for knowledge, embarking on trips with
family, friends, and relatives.
These shared experiences will be a tapestry of laughter, tears, personal growth, and continuous learning,

Jobs Attractive to Me
I am particularly drawn to roles in data analysis and web development, with a special emphasis on UI
design. The allure of data analysis lies in uncovering meaningful insights and patterns, transforming raw
information into actionable strategies. On the other hand, web development, coupled with UI design,
captivates me because of the immersive creative process. Designing user interfaces allows me to blend
aesthetics with functionality, and I find that time effortlessly slips away when engrossed in the intricacies
of crafting an intuitive and visually appealing digital experience. The prospect of contributing to seamless
user interactions and translating complex data into visually compelling narratives makes these roles not
just jobs, but avenues where my passion and skills converge harmoniously.

Why I Want to Study HRM and Reason for Taking This Course
Although the main reason for taking this course is because it’s mandatory and required for the
completion of my degree, but I am also naturally drawn to this field of study. I want to understand and
optimize the dynamics of interpersonal relationships within organizations. Choosing this course is rooted
in my belief that fostering a positive and cohesive work environment is paramount for both individual
and collective success.
How Can This Class Help Me Achieve My Goals
This class can help me realize my goals further by equipping me with the essential skills needed to thrive
in the workplace. Since the class offers insights into topics like job analysis, recruitment, careers, work
design, performance management, training, and development, I plan to gain the expertise needed to
secure a remote job in a field I'm genuinely passionate about, ensuring a fulfilling and flexible career.
