We refer to the above matter and to your email to us dated 13.5.2024.

We act for the abovesaid Purchaser (hereafter referred to as “our client”) in respect of the
perfection of transfer of the said Property.

We have been made to understand that the strata title is in your custody.

We would be much grateful if you could kindly let us have the following confirmation and
particulars: -

i. That the present beneficial owner of the said Property is the above named Purchaser;

ii. Whether the Purchaser has settled the full purchase price of the said Property to you;

iii. If the said Property has been completed, please provide us with the postal address;

same and whether the relevant consent to transfer in favour of the Purchaser has been
obtained by your good self;

vi. Kindly let us know whether the property is subject to any restriction or conditions in title
which needs to be complied with prior to the registration of the transfer and subsequent
charge in our client’s favour, and if so, kindly forward to us the necessary consent letter
for our further action; (if applicable)

vii. Whether the said Property is presently assigned by the Purchaser to any financial
institutions; and

viii. Whether the Certificate of Fitness for Occupation for the abovementioned Property has
been issued and if so to provide us with a photocopy of the same (if required).

Kindly let us have a sample of Memorandum of Transfer in order for us to proceed with our
Client’s execution.

Your urgent attention and early reply to the above matter will be much appreciated.
