A. Two Copies of Passport size colour Photograph (taken wearing a light coloured dress) and five copies of Stamp size colour Photographs.
B. Admit Card of Madhyamik or Equivalent Examination passed - Two unattested Photocopies with the original for verification.
C. Mark Sheet of last examination passed (H.S. or Equivalent) - Two unattested Photocopies with the original for verification.
D. Admit Card of last Examination passed (H.S. or Equivalent) - Two unattested Photocopies with the original for verification.
E. Scheduled Caste / Tribe Certificates (when applicable) - Two unattested Photocopies with the original for verification. In lieu of such caste certificates,
certificates from authorities mentioned in Government Order No. 1813-BCW/MR-94/11 dated 20.06.2011 of Backward Classes Welfare Department,
Government of West Bengal shall be accepted provided in case of certification by MP/MLA/Municipal Councilor / Panchayat Member etc student must be a
resident of the Constituency / Ward / Panchayat etc which is being represented by that certifying authority. But in those cases, if Calcutta University refuses
registration because of non- submission of an original Scheduled Caste/Tribe certificates, college shall have no responsibility for such non-registration.
F. Excepting WBCHSE/WBBME/CISCE/CBSE/NIOS/RMV., all other Board students including foreign students are to submit Original Migration Certificate and
Authentication Certificate at the time of Verification.
G. Previously registered students taking fresh admission in the session 22-23, must note that the college will not be responsible if their registration is blocked
or any other emerging problem regarding registration due to the disapproval of UG Council.
H. Students migrating from state boards other than WBCHSE must note that the college would not be held responsible in case their registration is blocked due
to disapproval of the UG council.
I declare that the above information are correct and genuine. At the time of verification of original documents, if such documents are not found in conformity with the
declaration in the forms submitted on line, admission will be cancelled and for such consequences the college authority shall not be held responsible. Also I am aware of
the fact that maintenance of at least 60% attendance in classes is mandatory. I undertake to abide by the rules and regulations of the college and the University of Calcutta.
Also I have not taken admission in any other college / have cancelled any prior admission before taking admission in Netaji Nagar College. The college shall not be held
responsible for any undisclosed/ simultaneous admission taken by me and subsequent problems in registration arising due to this.
