Scene 1:
(Lucy) Cindy: It’s Halloween!
(Amy) Todd: Finally, we can go trick and treating on our own.
(Jenny)Linda: Yeah, no parents. I’m so excited.
(Dani) Sam: After trick-or-treating, let’s go to the graveyard to
see the pumpkin ghost!
Scene 2:
(Lucy) Cindy: I’m dressing up as a witch.
(Amy) Todd: I’m a monster. Rahhhh!
(Jenny) Linda: I’m dressing up as Cinderella.
(Dani) Sam: I’m a cowboy. Yeee-haw!
(Lucy,Amy,Jenny, Dani) All: Okay! Let’s go trick-or-treating!
(Lucy) Cindy: There’s Mrs. Higgan’s house.
(Jenny) Linda: She never gives candy.
(Dani) Sam: She always gives apples.

Scene 3:
(YJ) Ted: Let’s make the pumpkin ghost to scare the little kids!
Pick a Pumpkin song
(Dean) Rod: Sarah, can you hold the pumpkin head?
(Nia) Sarah: Sure. I’ll also make some spooky noises. Oooohhh!
(YJ) Ted: I’ll take the right arm.
(Dean) Rod: Then I’ll take the left arm.
(Nia) Sarah: Places everyone. The little kids are coming.
(Sarah Ted and Rod Hide)
Pumpkin Ghost 1
(Lucy) Cindy: Look at the silly pumpkin. Ha, ha, ha!
(Amy) Todd: Yeah, it’s just a Jack-o-lantern.
(Sarah makes the pumpkin ghost sounds.)
(Jenny) Linda: Shh, did you hear that noise?
(Dani) Sam: That’s just the wind.
(The older kids walk the pumpkin ghost forward)
(Lucy) Cindy: Wh…what is that?
(Dani) Todd: The pumpkin ghost is moving!
Sarah: Oooh…I’ll eat you all.
(Lucy, Amy, Jenny, Dani) The little kids: AH! RUN!
(The little kids drop their goodie bags and run off.)
(YJ) Ted: Wow we really scared them. They dropped all their
candy.
(Dean) Rod: What an easy way to get candy! Happy Halloween!
(YJ) Ted: Sarah, the game’s over. Drop the pumpkin head.
(Nia) Sarah: Who are you talking to? I’m over here.
(Dean) Rod: Then who…what is holding the pumpkin head?
(YJ) Ted: Ah! The pumpkin ghost is moving!
(Emily) Pumpkin ghost 1: Ted did you forget us?
(Luca) Pumpkin ghost 2: We met you when you were seven.
(Emily and Luca): We are the pumpkin ghosts!
(YJ) Ted: The pumpkin ghost is real!
(Emily) Pumpkin ghost 1: You’re not going to run away, are you?
(Luca) Pumpkin ghost 2: We love children!
(Nia, YJ and Dean) The older kids: Run!
(Emily and Luca) Both Pumpkin ghosts: Come back!
(Emily) Pumpkin ghost 1: Every Halloween is always the same.
(Luca) Pumpkin ghost 2 No dinner, but a lot of candy.
