PRODUCT/SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Pantercake is all about transforming a pancake with the natural beauty and
flavor of blue ternate flowers. Our pancakes are made with real blue ternate
extract, giving them a striking blue hue and a light, delicate taste. But we don’t
stop there—what truly sets us apart is our diverse selection of gourmet drizzles,
each crafted to perfectly complement the unique flavor of our blue pancakes.
Whether you’re craving something sweet, or health-conscious, our drizzles
elevate the experience, making each bite an extraordinary celebration of flavor
and color.

PURPOSE OF THE PRODUCT/SERVICE

The purpose of our business, Pantercake, is to create delicious and innovative


blue ternate flower-based product that entice customer's taste buds with a
distinctive flavor combination from the blue ternate flowers. To guarantee that
every bite of pantercake is both healthy and delightful, only the best ingredients
are used in its creation.

PRODUCT/S UNIQUE FEATURES AND DESCRIPTION

The pantercake is a unique and delicious treat that is infused with blue ternate,
resulting in a captivating blue color that resembles the delicate petals of the blue
ternate flower. It has a soft and light texture,ensuring a pleasant eating
experience with every bite. Pantercake offers a visually stunning, flavorful, and
health-conscious option for pancake lovers. Its unique combination of blue
ternate infusion and traditional pancake elements makes it a truly remarkable
product. Whether you're serving it at a special occasion or enjoying it as a
snack, the Pantercake is a treat that you won't want to miss.

PRODUCTION FLOW/ PROCEDURES


Prepare the Ingredients:
3 cups flour
3 cups evaporated milk
3 eggs
9 tbsp white sugar
3tsp salt
6tsp oil
3 pinches of salt
3 tsp vanilla essence
1 bar of chocolate
Blue ternate flowers
Butter
Toppings: peanut, milk powder, maple syrup
Step 1:

Put hot water on blue ternate for 3 minutes

Step 2:

Combine all the dry ingredients; flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Next is the
wet ingredients; egg, vanilla essence, oil, and milk.
Step 3:

Using a whisk, continue mixing the wet ingredients until the egg, vanilla, milk,
and oil are well combine.

Step 4:

Next is to combine the blue ternate mixture into the wet ingredient mixture and
mix.

Step 5:

Afte mixing, pour the blue mixture into the dry ingredient mixture and mix it well.
Step 6:

After mixing, let the batter mixture rest for 2 hours.

Step 7:

After letting the mixture rest, in a cutting board, cut the chocolate bar in small
sizes and put it in a bowl.
Step 8:

The next step is to put the bowl with the chocolates above the casserole with
boiling water in a low heat and mix it slowly.

Step 9:

While mixing the chocolate, add some evaporated milk according to your desired
amount. After the chocolate melts, let it rest.
Step 10:

After resting the chocolate, put the Pantercake mixture into a slender container.

Step 11:

The next step is to cook the batter mixture in a low medium heat pan. Flip the
pancake on both sides, making sure it cooked equally on both sides.
Step 12:

Lastly, flip the pancake on both sides and ready for plating and serve.

MARKETING STRATEGY

In promoting our product can be both challenging and fun. We can


promote our product in many ways such as social media platforms, flyers,
or through displaying our product like a food stall. Also, we can promote
our own products through encouraging our friends and acquaintances to
buy our products.

SALES STRATEGY

In our sales strategy, we’ll offer 3 additional pieces of PANTERCAKE and


a free ternate based drink only for the first 15 customers.

PRICING

Pricing PANTERCAKE at Php 16 ensures that students and a wide range


of customers can access it, promoting affordability and inclusivity.

We finance our business by pooling our own funds as a group; we gathered our

your business, but it is essential.
