Print your return label, package everything securely,
then drop it off at USPS.

don’t have a printer, package your item
securely, bring it to USPS, and show the return
code from the Xfinity Mobile app.

1. Include everything from your original


package — the box, device, SIM card, and all
accessories.
2. Affix the mailing label to the address side of
the parcel. Make sure there are no other
mailing labels on the box.

1. Find USPS drop-off locations near you.


2. Remember, we need to receive your old
device in good working condition by May 23,
2024, or you may be charged the full remaining
balance on your device.
