Respected Sir/Madam,
We, the undersigned residents of Gulshan-e-Hadeed Phase 2, near L-11 Market, wish to
urgently bring to your attention a serious water supply issue affecting approximately 150
households in our area. The problem stems from the installation of illegal connections,
which are not only diverting water but also deliberately choking the main water supply line
to reduce pressure for lower-side houses. As a result, the water supply has become severely
inadequate for many residents. Additionally, these illegal connections have caused damage
to our roads, further worsening the situation. When we attempted to address this issue with
the individuals responsible, they reacted with intimidation and threats, leaving us with no
option but to withdraw to avoid further conflict.
We respectfully request the Pakistan Steel Mill Water Board to take immediate action to
investigate and remove these illegal connections, restore the original flow and pressure in
the main water line, and ensure fair distribution of water to all residents. We also urge you
to implement measures to prevent any future illegal activities and to repair the roads
damaged as a result of these connections. While we have refrained from direct
confrontation to maintain public safety, we fear that failure to resolve this issue could lead
to unrest in the community.

photographs of the illegal connections and witness statements. We trust that you will
address this urgent matter promptly and ensure the well-being of our neighborhood. Thank
