to participate in the GIRL SCOUTS WEEK CELEBRATION & SCOUTING MONTH 2024 Cheers & Yells Contest
(Junior Level) practice to be held on October 18, 25, 29, November 8, 11 & 12 , 2024 at San Aurelio Elementary
School.
I have considered the benefits that shall be derived from the participation of my daughter,
___________________________________in the said event with the understanding that the necessary safety
measures/precautions shall be taken.
However, I shall not hold the GSP Committees and Camp Staff liable if, after such safety
measures/precautions taken, untoward incidents happen.
