This Internship report is for the Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) undertaken at
Pokhara University of Nepal. This report is the outcome of effort and suggestions from a lot of
peoples. This Internship report work is the collection and collaboration of ideas, knowledge, and
hard work accomplish with the help and guideline of respected mentors.

I am pleased to present this report on topic “An Internship Report on Machhapuchchhre


Bank Limited.” I would like to express my gratitude towards Pokhara University and NAST
College for providing me an opportunity to be involved in the internship program which gave me
the real time exposure to the work environment and bridge the gap between theoretical learning
and practical understanding to some extent.

In context of this internship report work, first of all my deep sense of gratitude goes to Mr.
Shivhari Sharma Mudbari, Managing Director of NAST College, Mr. Prem Bahadur Chand,
Principal of NAST College and Mr. Jitendra Prasad Bhatta, Head of BBA Department to give
me real time exposure to practical knowledge through this internship work. Along with them I
am thankful to Mr. Megh Raj Upadhyay, Lecturer of National Academy of Science and
Technology for his supervision throughout internship period. I am thankful towards him to
encourage me by giving this opportunity and to provide me guide lines for accomplishment of
this project.

I am also grateful to Machhapuchchhre Bank Ltd., for giving me an opportunity to be a part of


their organization to learn the core value of organization and practical implementation of my
knowledge. I want to express sincere thanks to Mr. Shiv Raj Pathak (Branch Manager of
MBL, Dhangadhi Branch) and all the staff members for providing me with all the information
and creating a suitable and friendly environment for learning and also for provision of expertise
and technical support in implementation. Without their experience and superior knowledge my
internship would lack in quality of outcomes and thus their support has been essential.
