Đề 1: Among a grap service, your own motorbike and bus, which means of transport do you prefer to
commute to school or work?

Opening:

Thanks to the development of today’s society, people have a lot of choices of means of transport.
Among three options: a Grab service, my own motorbike and bus, I think that my motorbike is the best
transport to go to school or work because of some following reasons.

Body :

- Motorbike:
 I can choose which route is open, with few cars and avoid traffic jam
 I also can travel at my own pace.
 I can take the initiative time by myself
 In terms of long-term expenses, using a motorbike can be more economical than relying
on Grab services.
- A grap service:
 They can also be more expensive than other forms of transport, especially during peak
hours or in high-demand situations like heavy rain.
 Using Grab requires a smartphone and a stable internet connection. Therefore, if I don’t
have access to the Internet, I can’t book Grap to go, so I may be late for my work or
study.
 Therefore, I think it’s not suitable to choose
- Bus:
 I am often bound by the bus timetable, which may not align with my schedules.
 In addition, I sometimes must walk a long distance to the bus stop
 Public buses can become crowded, especially during peak hours and holidays, so I feel
uncomfortable to go by bus

Đề 2: You are 18 now and can choose where you want to live. Your options are: living with your parents,
living with friends in a rented house, or living in the dormitory. Which is the best option?

 For me, the best choice is the dormitory for two main reasons. First, it saves me time. If I live in
the dormitory, I don’t have to travel far to get to campus. This is faster than if I lived with my
parents or in a rented house. I also have quick access to campus resources like the library and
computer labs. Second, it makes student life more enjoyable. There are many activities at the
dorm that are easy to join, and I can meet many other students. Living at the dormitory lets me
make more friends and enjoy my time as a student better.

Đề 3: You and your friends are going to go out tonight. Which places would you like to go to: the cinema,
shopping center, recreation center?

 My friends and I are considering where to hang out tonight. Among three options: the cinema,
shopping center, and recreation center, I suppose I would choose the cinema as the most suitable
choice because it is currently offering a discount on tickets tonight for the action movie that just
came out. I think the shopping center is also a good idea but it's a bit far from my house. On the
other hand, I don’t choose to go to the recreation center since we went there last week. In short,
the cinema is the option that suits me most.

Đề 4: It’s your birthday next week. A friend wants to buy you a gift. Consider the following options: a
camera, a bag and a notebook. Which is the best gift for you?

 A close friend wants to give me a present for my birthday and asks me to choose one of the
items including a camera, a bag, or a notebook. Obviously, a camera would be my ultimate
option. Actually, I have been longing to own a digital camera for a long time but haven't saved
up enough to buy one yet. I think a notebook is also a good idea but I don't have the habit
of taking notes in a notebook as before, now I prefer to use online applications on my phone. I
will not choose a bag since my mother gave me a very beautiful bag. In short, I hope to receive
a camera on my birthday next week.

Improving English speaking skills is essential for effective communication in today’s

globalized world. Among the options available, talking to foreigners in public places

English clubs provide a relaxed environment where individuals can practice speaking
without the fear of making mistakes. This informal setting encourages conversation,
allowing members to engage in discussions on various topics. Additionally, clubs often
host activities like debates, games, and presentations, which enhance speaking skills while
making learning enjoyable.
While joining a class at a center offers structured learning, it may not provide ample
speaking practice. Similarly, talking to foreigners in public places can be intimidating
and may not guarantee consistent practice. Therefore, joining an English club is the
ideal choice, as it fosters confidence and fluency through regular interaction and
support from peers.
In conclusion, embracing the club environment will significantly boost my English

I will choose to useleaflets to advertise the new product of my company. There are some main
reasonsleading to this choice. In the first place, a large number of people can approach
leaflets because they are easily handed everywhere. I can post leaflets through people’s doors
or distribute them in public spaces. In the second place, leaflets can grab customers’ attention
with colorful images and eye-catching headers. On leaflets, there is lots of detail information
about the product in terms of its design, function, usage andetc, therefore, customers are
more likely to buy it.
