I. General Program Information:
Program Title : 2024 National Teachers’ Month (NTM) / World Teachers
Day (WTD) Culmination Program
Program Description The program will serve as a tribute to teachers,
recognizing their efforts in nurturing the next generation
and their resilience in overcoming the evolving demands
of the educational landscape. The event will feature
inspirational messages, performances, and activities,
aimed at celebrating our teachers' achievements and
contributions.
Duration: October 7, 2024 (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Participants: All teachers and pupils from Kinder to Grade 6

II. Rationale
The 2024 National Teachers' Month (NTM) / World Teachers' Day (WTD) Culmination
Program is a vital event designed to honor and celebrate the exceptional contributions of
teachers in shaping the future of our nation. This activity aims to recognize the hard work,
dedication, and resilience of educators in guiding students through their academic and personal
growth. In light of the challenges faced by the education sector, this program seeks to uplift
teachers' morale, foster a sense of community, and provide a platform for students, parents,
and staff to express their deep gratitude. Through a series of inspirational messages, and
performances, the event will emphasize the indispensable role of teachers in creating an
empowered and resilient society.
III. OBJECTIVES
The activity aims to:
a. Acknowledge the efforts and contributions of teachers in the holistic
development of students and the community.
b. Uplift the morale of teachers through inspirational speeches, messages, and
heartwarming performances.

VII. End of Program Outputs
By the completion of this activity, the following outcomes are expected to
be accomplished:
a. Pupils are more motivated and engaged to read;
b. A sense of responsibility in own’s development on literacy;
c. A more comprehensive understanding of the importance of reading;
d. Pupils are more creative as a result in love of reading;
d. A successful Pambansang Buwan at Araw ng Pagbasa 2023 celebration.
VIII. Monitoring and Evaluation
The school reading coordinator is the responsible for the monitoring and
implementation of the activities mentioned above. A report will be rendered by
the coordinator as soon as the evaluation is finished.
