Subject: Regarding ATM machine change

Dear Sir,

This is to draw your kind attention to the following matter, I’m a customer of State Bank Of India and
I normally withdraw money from nearby Chandinichowk ATM, but the ATM don’t working well it is
taking more time to process the request which unncessarly creating a huge crowd and people are
suffering by this. Maybe the above problem happening because of old technology so a better new
technology ATM can handle all the need of people.

Therefore, I request that you will change the ATM and will replace it by new technology fast ATM ,
which will help us to save our time and unneccasary chaois. I hope you will look into matter at your
earliest conveinience.
