Shareholders

After indication of interest to acquire shares wit DDS and number of shares either verbally or in
writing. The prospective shareholder is given a shareholder’s registration form to fill his or her personal
information.

Registration Documents
A salary account form to be collected from DDS office, filled by the employee and
employer, photocopy of ID Card.

Direct Cash
(a) Fill the deposit slip specify the account and submit plus cash ( Client)
(b) Cross check the cash and return deposit receipt to client (DDS Officer)
(c) Save the cash in the appropriate place.
