4. SPEED/CONSUMPTION/FUEL ENGINE
The vessel is capable of maintaining an average speed and on average daily consumption as below,
for good weather days of min 24 hours from noon to noon, excluded LSFO consumed for
ballasting/deballasting and exchange of ballast, hold cleaning, bilge pumping, on max summer
draft, even keel, in good weather conditions, up to and including Beaufort scale 4, Douglas Sea
