Bloating occurs when food takes a little longer to get digested or when ur gut
is not able to breakdown or digest a particular type of food easily!!
Bloating is a buildup of gas in the stomach&intestine.

CAUSES:

● Eating Large Meals
● Not Chewing the Food Properly
● Not Drinking Enough Water

● High intake of Sugar
● Irregular Bowel Movements

MANAGEMENT
● Chew your food thoroughly
● Overcook the vegetables, don’t Eat them Raw
● Eat at Regular Intervals
● Replace Sodas with Water or Coconut Water
● Cut down on Processed Foods
● Eat mindfully and de stress
