Introduction
Muye Dobo Tongji is a comprehensive martial arts manual, written in 1790 by
Koreans. It is based largely on Ming Dynasty martial arts, and used Chinese
martial arts terminology widely throughout the manual.

This is last scroll, Scroll #4 - “Foundation Arts”.
The reason why I named it as the “Foundation Arts” scroll, is because:
• It consists of the Fist, which serves the foundation for all other martial arts.
• It consists of the Staff, which prepares you to use all other type of weapons.
• It consists of Equestrian Skills, which builds your confidence on horseback.
