educational background in statistics, combined with my practical experience in data collection,

I hold a Master of Science in Statistics from Shivaji University, India, where I graduated with
a score of 7.42/10. Prior to that, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Madda
Walabu University, Ethiopia, with a GPA of 3.45/4. Throughout my academic journey, I
developed a solid foundation in statistical analysis, data interpretation, and research
methodologies, all of which are crucial for effective monitoring and evaluation.
During my internship at Yess InfoTech Pvt. Ltd., I gained hands-on experience in data
management, including data collection, entry, and processing, using various tools such as SPSS,
R, SAS, and Python. I was involved in key tasks such as ensuring data accuracy and processing
large datasets to extract meaningful insights—skills essential for the analysis and reporting
required in M&E roles.
In addition to my technical expertise, I have worked on collaborative projects such as the
Customer Credit Card Analysis at Sadguru Gadage Maharaj College, where I managed data
processing and ensured timely delivery of results. These experiences have strengthened my
ability to work effectively in teams, manage tasks, and meet deadlines, which aligns well with
the responsibilities of the Monitoring and Evaluation Support role at GIZ.I am inspired by
GIZ’s mission to promote sustainable development and am eager to contribute to your efforts in
