Main Accountabilities:
Clinical Assessment: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments,

Therapeutic Interventions: Provide individual, group, and family therapy
using evidence-based approaches, adjusting methods to address specific patient
needs.
Collaborative Care: Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, social workers,
and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and holistic approach to
patient care.
Crisis Management: Offer support in crisis situations, providing immediate
interventions and ensuring the safety of patients in acute psychological distress.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and confidential patient
records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and reports.
Patient Education and Advocacy: Educate patients and their families on
mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies while
advocating for patient needs.
Essential Requirements:
Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited
institution.
Current State Licensure as a Clinical Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain
licensure in the hiring state).
Extensive Clinical Experience with a minimum of 5 years working in a mental
health setting, preferably within a hospital or clinical environment.
Strong Therapeutic Skills in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT,
ACT) tailored for individual and group therapy settings.
Written Supportive Statement detailing your motivation for applying, your

Desirable Requirements:
Experience with Specialised Populations such as trauma, addiction, or chronic
mental illness.
Research Background with contributions to psychological publications or
experience with clinical trials.

and case management.
