Dear David,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment
regarding my recent stay at your hotel in the center of Oxford.
On the first day, I checked into your hotel, excited to explore the beautiful city of
Oxford and enjoy a peaceful night's rest. However, I was disappointed because I
was woken up by a group of noisy individuals attempting to climb a wall into the
hotel courtyard. This incident not only improved my sleep but also left me feeling
quite unsafe.
Right after that, I immediately went down to the hotel's reception area to seek
assistance from hotel staff. And I felt even angrier because no one was there. How
could a hotel like this lack those basics?The absence of any staff on duty during the
night made me feel vulnerable and left me with no recourse to address the
disturbance promptly.
I hope you take my feedback seriously and make the required improvements to
prevent such incidents from happening in the future. Basic services will be the
foundation to help the hotel be better and more developed.
