Subject: Request for admission cancellation of Abu Rahin
Respected Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. We are writing to formally request the cancellation of our
child's admission from Smiling Children Special School. Our child, Abu Rahin, has been
attending Smiling Children Special School since October 2021 as a student with special needs.
After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to withdraw our child from
Smiling Children Special School. Last day of our son in school will be 30th June 2023.
We would like to express our deepest gratitude for the support and dedication shown by the
faculty and staff at Smiling Children Special School during our child's time at school. The
specialized care and attention provided by the teachers and support staff have undoubtedly
contributed to our child's growth and development over the past months.
We kindly request your assistance in processing the necessary paperwork and formalities for
the cancellation of our child's admission. Please provide guidance on any documents or
procedures that need to be completed.
Once again, we would like to express our sincere appreciation for the care and support
provided by the Smiling Children Special School community. We have been impressed by the
dedication and commitment shown by the faculty, staff, and administration, and We are truly
grateful for the positive impact they have had on our child's educational journey.
