take you through the next set of updates. We’ve so many

incredible activities that truly reflect the spirit and energy
of our HIS.

presentation was held by Classes XI and XII, setting the
tone for the week.

also International Studen’s Day. Younger students in
Classes III to V participated in a “Time Travel Trivia” quiz
competition, adding an element of excitement and
learning.

in an Inter-Class Display Board Decoration Competition,
focusing on famous historical figures and monuments of
India. The week concluded on October 19th with two
distinct activities: a Painting Competition for Classes VI to
VIII on the topic of India’s national symbols, and an Inter-

richness of India. Each activity allowed students to engage
with history, culture, and social values in a fun and
educational manner.

10. On October 16th, Himalaya International School’s campus

was vibrant with the beats of garba as the school
celebrated with a “Baal Raas with Mamma” Dandiya Fiesta
for Nursery to UKG students and their mothers. The event,
held across all branches, including 80 Feet Road, Do Batti,
and Bajaj Khana, saw families coming together to celebrate
the joy of Navratri. Chairman Mr. Sunil Dora, Mrs. Honey
Dora, Director Mr. Aditya Dora, Academic Director Mr. H.S.
Khalsa, and principals from various branches graced the
event, which began with the lighting of the ceremonial
lamp before Goddess Durga. Mothers and children dressed
in colorful garba attire, filling the atmosphere with festive
energy. The evening included a competition judged on
costumes, makeup, and garba moves, with titles like
“Charming Pair of the Day” and “Graceful Garba Queen”
awarded to participants. The event brought families and
the school community closer, ending with a joyful aarti and
