About Us
CA Madhu Lunawat also had stints with leading organisations, viz., Infosys,
ASREC and Edelweiss. Ms. Lunawat served as CFO of Edelweiss ARC immediately
before joining the Board of Pantomath.

We are a team of professionals led by the Group Founder, Mr. Mahavir Lunawat, who is a CFA Ms. Madhu Lunawat
Level II (AIMR,US), CFA (ICFAI), FCS (Gold Medalist) and PGDSL, and who has had stints with
top notch conglomerates viz. ITC Ltd., RIL, and PwC. With over 20 years of vast exposure, Mr.
Lunawat handled IPOs, mergers, demergers and advised on various mega corporate
restructuring projects.

Mr. Lunawat is currently Chairman of Association of Investment Bankers of India (“AIBI”) and
represents on various expert groups / Committees formed by SEBI, Stock Exchangs & trade
bodies / chambers. Mr. Mahavir Lunawat

Mrs. Deena Mehta is a financial markets professional with around 4 decades of experience.
She is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Masters in Management Studies (Finance) and a
Fellow Member of Securities and Investment Institute London.

Ms. Mehta has been honoured as the first Woman Director on the Board of Bombay Stock
Exchange (BSE) as well as its first Woman President.

Mr. Asit C. Mehta is a Seasoned Capital Markets Professional. He is a qualified Chartered

Accountant and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Securities Law from the Government Law
College, Mumbai.

He was associated in creating systems and operations of Global Custodian for the OTC
Exchange i.e. a first of its kind initiative in India. He has strong background in systems,
workflows, process automation, IT, finance, IB and management.

Fund Management, Corporate Advisory, Retail Finance & Stock Broking. In the past he
has been associated with reputed firms such as Kotak, Karvy, Way2Wealth &, Edelweiss.
Mr. Baliga is acknowledged for his acumen and deep understanding of the capital market.

Mr. Krishan Kumar Jalan, IAS (Retd.), has over 35 years of experience and has served at various
senior positions with distinction. Mr. Jalan, retired as Principal Secretary, Govt. of India, Ministry of Micro,
Small and Medium Enterprises. Before that Mr. Jalan held various positions such as Central Provident
Fund Commissioner, Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Haryana, Administrative
Secretary of departments of Public Works & Architecture, Town and Country Planning, Urban Estate,
Urban Local Bodies and Irrigation. Also, Mr. Jalan has worked in Govt. of India as Director and Joint
Secretary in the Ministry of Textiles and Secretary General of the Apparel Export Promotion Council and
Mr. Krishan Kumar Jalan
was instrumental in construction of Apparel Mart at Gurgaon.

Mr. Pundarik Sanyal is an Independent Director on the Board of Asit C. Mehta Financial Services
Limited since 31st July 2014. He has completed his graduation in B.Sc. Tech. with experience of more
than 34 Years in general banking in India and abroad. Mr. Pundarik Sanyal was Chief Executive of Bank’s
operation posted in Kenya, also served as Managing Director of a Lending and Investment NBFC which
was under CAG audit and was also a holding company for a Primary dealer in G-Sec and a Commodity
brokingcompany. Over the years, Mr. Pundarik Sanyal has worked on various products, services,
channels, and functions. He is also engaged with Ashapura International Limited, Ashapura Minechem

Limited, Ashapura Perfoclay Limited, Orient Advanced Materials Private Limited, as non-executive
Director.

Mr. Suresh Kumar Jain is an Independent Director of ACMIIL, He holds a bachelor's degree in
science (honors), Master's in Economics, and Diploma in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare.
Suresh Kumar Jain is a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers with experience of a banker
for over 36 years and was a General Manager of Bank of India. Mr. Suresh Kumar Jain was selected by
Government of India as Executive Director of Union Bank of India and retired in May 2014. Mr. Suresh
Kumar Jain has experience in dealing in credit and foreign exchange, with stints in London and Hong
Kong. Mr. Suresh Kumar Jain has also served as an independent Director in Fino Payments Bank
Limited from September 2019 to January 2024. At present Mr. Suresh Kumar Jain holds Directorship in Mr. Suresh Kumar Jain
Anand Rathi Global Finance Limited and IFCI Factors Limited (a Government of India Undertaking) as
