ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT IN MATHEMATICS

SCHOOL YEAR 2022-2023

INTRODUCTION:

The teacher always strives to explore new ways when it comes

to upgrading the learner’s availability to learn, increasing the learning
experience through varied learning opportunity and utilizing intervention
material that may help the teacher achieve the ultimate goal. There are a
number of reasons why a child may be having problems with math at school,
from low motivation caused by math anxiety, to a poor understanding of how
to apply and perform mathematical operations. But sometimes the root
cause of under-performance is something different, like a learning difference
or a motor skills difficulty. During face-to-face classes our students seems to
have learning gap most specially in mathematics. As School Math
Coordinator in School, we agreed together with my colleagues that we
conduct remedial classes during remediation program as stated in the
classroom program for the students who left behind in learning mathematics.

OBJECTIVES:
1. To conduct Remedial classes during remediation program for the
students who left behind in learning mathematics.
2. To conduct Rapid math Assessment for Pre Test and Post Test
3. To encourage learners how important to master the basic concepts
in Mathematics.
4. To administer the quarter exam with high proficiency level,
achieve.

ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN:

Remedial Classes during remediation program for the students who left
behind in learning mathematics.
Master the basic concepts in Mathematics.
Administer the first quarter exam
Administer Pre and Post Test for Rapid Math Assessment

Highlights and Accomplishment

During the conduct of the remedial class every teacher of Hilario

K. Cernal Elementary School prepared activities and instructional
materials, for the activities. Emphasizing the basic concepts in
mathematics and the least learned competencies. We conducted also,
the quarter exam and able to get the Proficiency level. The Pre and
Post Rapid Math Assessment for every grade level were also
administered by each adviser.
For the highlights of the activity please see attached pictures.

Problems Met:
There were learners who cannot comprehend easily, need more focus
There were learning gaps from modular to face to face learning
Teachers need to go back to basic concepts
Not all competency in mathematics were introduced to the learners.

Recommendation/Suggestion:

Learners must master first the basic concepts in mathematics

before introducing to new lesson.
Remedial instruction is necessary for the students who left
behind in learning

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
GRADUATION PROGRAM S.Y. 2022-2023
During the 66th Graduation Ceremony and Commencement Exercises of
Hilario K. Cernal Elementary School, as the Chairman of the Committee on
Graduation Program, I am pleased to report on the accomplishments. First
and foremost, I am proud to announce that the graduation program for
school year 2022-2023 was a resounding success. Through careful planning
and coordination with various stakeholders, teachers, parents and students I
was able to organize a memorable and well-executed graduation ceremony
for our graduating students. The committee worked diligently to develop a
comprehensive program that highlighted the achievements of our students
and celebrated their hard work and dedication. We also ensured that the
program ran smoothly, with all logistical arrangements being efficiently
managed. In addition, we were able to incorporate feedback from previous
years to improve the graduation experience for both students and their
families. This included enhancing the guest experience, optimizing the flow
of the ceremony, and providing ample opportunities for students to
showcase their talents and accomplishments. Furthermore, our committee
successfully collaborated with faculty, staff, and administration to ensure
that the graduation program accurately reflected the values and mission of
our institution. Overall, I am proud of the hard work and commitment
demonstrated by our committee, and I am confident that our efforts
contributed to a memorable and meaningful graduation experience for our
students. I look forward to building on these accomplishments in the future
and continuing to enhance the graduation program for upcoming cohorts.

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT IN INSERVICE TRAINING

MARCH 15-19, 2021

INTRODUCTION:

In teaching, the goal is to develop our learners to its full

potential but going there is not a smooth process. Problems and challenges
will surely arise to test teacher’s ability in achieving this goal. Problems such
as poor academic performance, learner’s difficulty in reading and as well as
comprehending the text, absences, poor study habits and solving problem,
and many more. These things act as a hindrance for teaching-learning
process.
These things push the teachers to be resourceful to adequately find a
solution that will address these learning gaps. Conducting intervention that
will hopefully help to solve these challenges thru research. Thus, it is
necessary for teachers to learn how to conduct research studies.

OBJECTIVES:
1. To craft the context and rationale of action research.
2. To formulate an Intervention –Innovation Strategy on Action Research
based on the present problem encountered by the teachers in the
teaching-learning process.
3. To conduct the formulated action research.
4. To determine the result of the conducted research.

ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN:

Discussion about the context and rationale in crafting action research.

Creating an Intervention-Innovation Strategy on Action Research

Highlights and Accomplishment

In the second day of the INSET the teachers was able to

determine the different parts of an action research and as well as the
techniques on how to craft one. The teachers were challenge to craft
one action research thru a creative intervention that will enhance the
teaching-learning process.
