On behalf of CASILI ES, I am writing to respectfully request security assistance for our
school camping event, which will take place on the night of Friday, November 8, 2024,
within the school grounds. This overnight activity will involve students, teachers, and staff,
and we want to ensure that it is a safe and orderly experience for all.

To this end, we kindly request the presence of barangay tanods or designated security
personnel to assist with maintaining security throughout the night. Their support would be
invaluable in helping us create a safe environment for our students, allowing them to
participate in the event with confidence and peace of mind.

We sincerely appreciate your consideration of this request and your continued commitment to
supporting the safety and well-being of our school community.
