Course Description : Dances is a unique and dynamic course that seamlessly combines the art of dance with the benefits of a full-body
workout. Designed for individuals of all fitness levels, this course offers a holistic approach to physical fitness, promoting
cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, coordination, and creativity. Throughout the course, students will embark on
an exhilarating journey through various dance styles, including folk dance, cheer dance, contemporary, social dance, street
dance and hip-hop. Each class will focus on a specific dance genre, providing students with a diverse range of movements,
techniques, and choreography to master. The course introduces the nature of dance and its fitness benefits. It involves the
fundamental techniques that includes movements skills. Through skills training, exercise drills, dance participation and
