Commercialization Process
Research
First, observation of the experiments performed is initiated to see what
leads to new discoveries and innovations in which they may have
commercial value.
Disclosure
Send a formal disclosure of the innovation that was made in order to avoid
problems in the future, and thus be able to obtain the protection of the properties.
Assessment
In the assessment is where managers review if there is any disclosure of
innovation or patents or trademarks to avoid conflicts in the future and thus
analyze the market landscape to determine if it has potential this innovation is
the valuation process will guide for strategies on how to best protect and market
their innovation towards the product.
Protection
Protection is where we seek to protect the rights of those who created the
innovation to have all types of patents, copyrights and trademarks, but could
also include contractual use restrictions that will help the authors to have
protection over this innovation whenever possible and necessary.
Marketing
Marketing there are two main ideas the first would be to create your own
company and license the innovation for this would be a completely new
business to be able to create the greatest opportunities and be able to
contact other experienced innovators and entrepreneurs so you can bring
out emerging ideas and guide them through the planning and funding
processes for your new business in another would be a license an external

organizations that have the experience and resources of commercial
networks to bring your innovation to market as with each innovation it
may be a different stage of development so you can get their help and
bring the innovation to market where it could fit very well.
Licensing
A license agreement is a contract that is formal between the owner of the

that IP and generally for a specific object period is regardless of the innovation
as there are standard terms included in each license agreement to protect the
interests of the innovator the innovation the institution and the federal
government if applicable.
Commercialization
Once the licensing agreement has been signed the licensee continues
to move forward with innovation and make further commercial
investments to develop the product or service this step may include
either further development to obtain some regulatory approvals sales and
marketing support and training among other activities.
Revenue
In profit the revenue received from licensing is distributed to innovators as
personal recognition and to the innovators' faculties is a pool of revenue fund
additional research and education to encourage greater participation in the
innovation and commercialization process

Commercialization is bringing us a lot more benefits as economic growth is
solely dependent on marketing. Every organization is focused more on the
standard of living for everyone and in the process; they use commercialization to
widen the reach of their products and services.
Commercialization is necessary to generate business opportunities for people
as well as bring the right amount of revenue for the company. To get succeeded
in commercialization, one must know that it takes a lot of hard work and surveys
to achieve ideal goals in the market and organization too. Commercialization is
the most crucial factor that can take your innovation, new product, or service to
the market in front of your target audiences.
