Project Overview
We are launching a 70 bed female stduent housing project at PS Panache in Maheshbatan,
Sector 5. We are ready for student intake for the January session. The first floor in each of
the 3 towers have been exclsuively leased by our company for student accommodation. We
can scale the project vertically upwards as per the demand.
Facilities
We take care of the little things, so that your students can focus on their studies and make
the most of their education experience. We make living out of home for the first time easy.
We will provide the following facilities to the students.
Fully furnished twin sharing rooms
High-speed broadband and Wi-Fi
Access to swimming pool, gym, pool and other building facilities.
Community sitting and study area.
Fully equipped kitchen with Gas stove, Fridge, Microwave
On-site laundry facilities
24-hour security
Breakfast and Dinner*

Pricing
Students will be charged ₹10,000(excluding meals) ₹11,000 (including meals) + 18% GST
on a monthly basis for all these facilities.

and year-round events schedule ranging from social get-together and networking events.
