Question : What should I do if the KULT application is not working?

Answer : First, try refreshing the app. If it still doesn't respond or work, try restarting the app.

Question : What should I do if the switch is not working through the application?
Answer : Check if the credentials of your home Wi-Fi router are correct on the KULT
application & ensure that the network strength is good.

Question : Can the KULT device work without internet?

Answer : If the internet goes down or is not available, the devices still work manually
through touch.

Question : Is only Wi-Fi signal required or Wi-Fi signal with internet required for the application?
Answer : The app can work with Wi-Fi signals to command the modules even without internet, but
with limited functionality. However, memory-based functions like time scheduling and group
operations will require Wi-Fi with internet.

Question : Can I operate KULT devices from anywhere through the application?
Answer : Yes, you can operate the devices from anywhere in the world as long as there is Internet
available where KULT devices are installed and the place from where you are operating it.

Question : How many users can use the application with one login credential?
Answer : Any number of people can use the application with one login credential.

Question : How can I share device control with my family?

Answer : Download the KULT app on your family members' phones and share the login credentials.

Question : Can room names or icons be changed or edited?

Answer : Yes, you can change and edit room names & icons on your own.

Question : Why am I not able to control the Kult device properly through the application?
Answer : Keep the app open for a few seconds and observe if the device is still Offline or Online in
the application. lt might be due to a bad Wi-Fi network.

Question : What should I do if someone changes the Wi-Fi credentials of the home router?
Answer : If the Wi-Fi credentials of the home router are changed, you need to update the Wi-Fi
settings of each module one by one, as done during the initial installation.

Question : What should I do if the KULT device becomes non-functional?

Answer : If it's a hardware failure, you can replace the KULT device with Kolors mechanical switches.

Answer : No, a hub is not required for KULT devices.

through conventional wiring.

Question : What is the difference between two switch master and two switch/four switch slave?
Answer : Two switch master is a device which can work independently as a two switch module whereas
two switch/four switch slave cannot work independently, required to be connected to two
switch master. Two switch master has Wi-Fi module and power supply whereas two
switch/four switch slave does not have.

Question : Does fan regulator, blind/curtain control, 20A switch, Four switch require connection to two
switch master?
Answer : No, they can work independently.
