Passport Number have opted for the above-mentioned value-added
service/s voluntarily. I confirm that I have been duly informed about the benefits and complementary services, if any,
and I am well aware of the fact that all these services are optional and come at an extra charge per application, over
and above the visa fees and the VFS Global service fees.

• In the event of availing the Premium Lounge, I confirm that I understand that the sole objective of the Premium
Lounge service is to enable applicants to submit their applications in a quiet unobtrusive atmosphere and enjoy the
complimentary services. I agree and understand that opting for this service will have no bearing on my visa processing
or timelines in any way.

• In the event of availing the Courier Service, I consent and request my passport /documents to be returned to me by
VFS Global using third party courier. I agree not to hold VFS Global responsible for any liabilities, claims or other
consequences including expenses arising out of any loss, temporary misplacement of the document/s, delay, or
damage to the document/s. I agree that my claim arising out of any of the above shall be restricted to what the courier
company pays/ delivers to VFS Global if any of the above events occur.

• In the event of availing the Premium Courier / Courier Assurance, I agree that VFS Global shall be liable for USD 500
in the event of claims arising out of loss or damage to the documents while in transit. I confirm and agree that this
constitutes a genuine pre-estimate of damages suffered by me.

• To provide Courier services to you, VFS Global will transfer the personal data provided by you in the Consent Form
to Blue Dart which acts as a separate Data Controller. The Courier Servicer is responsible for the processing of your
personal data. In case of any loss/theft/fraud/misuse of your personal data by the Courier Servicer, VFS Global is not
responsible and / or liable for any costs and/or direct damages. You may request the Courier Servicer to provide you
with their privacy statement for more information on how your personal data is processed. By signing this consent
form, you provide us your consent to transfer your personal data to the Courier Servicer. You can withdraw this
consent at any time by contacting the VFS Global (dpo@vfsglobal.com). In such a situation, you will not be permitted
to choose the Courier service.

• The decision to issue or refuse a visa is at the sole discretion of the respective client governments. Opting for Premium
Lounge or any other optional services does not guarantee a quicker or more positive decision by the concerned
embassy/consulate or affect the service standards.

• No refund for value-added services will be issued if your visa application has been rejected.
