ELECTRICAL DESIGNING SERVICES

l Load Calculation and Substation design for the project
along with technological updates
l Engineering design for Power System which includes,
Cable Distribution, Panel and DB, Cable Sizing, SLDs.
l Fixture Locations, Conduits, and Electrical Shaft Arrangements
along with Meter Room.
l Lightening Arrestors and Earthing Designing.

PLUMBING DESIGNING SERVICES

Supply Systems, which mainly includes :
- Designing of UGWT, Pump Designing in LPM
and OHWTs.
- Down Take and Rising Lines along with
Internal Distribution and Terrace Looping.
- Internal Layouts and sections for areas where
the water management is required.
l Designing and detailing related to Drainage
and Sanitation, which mainly includes :
- Designing of Down Take lines and
Stack Systems.

FIRE FIGHTING DESIGNING

l To design firefighting facilities such as Underground and
Overhead Water Storage Tanks, Wet Riser-cum-Down Comer,
Hydrants, Hose Reel and Hose Box, Sprinkler System Design,
Main Pump, Sprinkler Pump, Booster Pump, Jockey Pump Design,
Pipe Sizing, Fire Alarm System etc. based on fire N.O.C.
l To provide technical specifications for all the works
to be done at site.
l To provide schedule of quantities and assisting the client
for selection of right materials.
l To assist during commissioning of system after completion of work.

HVAC DESIGNING
l Preparation of preliminary drawings for Architect's/Client's
approval. Giving required details of A.C. Plant Room details,
duct sizes; duct lay out, electrical details, etc.
l Preparation of Heat Load estimation and system design and
DBR preparation.
l Preparation of work drawings and detailed specifications for the
complete air-conditioning system, and obtaining the approval of
the Architect/Client.
l Co-ordinating overall designing, drawings, with other services
like structure, sanitary, and electrical work etc.
l Preparation of detailed bill of quantities.
l Preparation of tender drawings and tender document.
l Releasing the same to the various contractors.
l Providing necessary assistance to the client in scrutinizing,
checking, and commenting on the tenders, after receipt of the
same from the contractors.
l Periodical visits to the site during execution to monitor the
progress of the work, quality of work.

MR. VIPIN S. GUNTHE (Director)

A Post Graduate in Environmental Engineering from Pune University. He has done his
Bachelors in Civil Engineering & also done PGD in finance Management from Indira Institute of
Management and PGD in Project Management from NICMAR. He is having 18 years of
experience and worked in various types of project like Industrial project, IT projects, Hotel
project and Residential projects. He has worked in Project and Design department in various
organizations in Mumbai and Pune. Currently he is handling projects in Design department,
Environmental Assignments, Air Quality Modeling and Traffic Impact Studies. He is also a
lifetime Member of Indian Plumbing Association ,having membership number L-3025.

MRS. BHAKTI R. MANDKE (Director)

A Post Graduate in Environmental Engineering from Pune University. She has done her
Bachelors in Civil Engineering & also done PGD in finance Management from Indira Institute of
Management and PGD in Project Management from NICMAR. She is having more than two
decades of experience. She is a lifetime Member of Indian Plumbing Association & also she is
elected committee member for IPA Pune. Her expertise is with various Environmental
Assignment. She has worked with various reputed organizations in Mumbai and Pune.

A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Having a total
experience of around 8 years. He is expertise in, Drainage Systems, Stormwater systems,
Rainwater Harvesting Systems, Fire Fighting Design, Sprinkler Systems, and Fire Alarms
Systems Pluming design, HVAC, Substation Layouts, Panel Designs. He has worked on various
types of projects like Office buildings and commercial projects, Township and high-rise
residential buildings. He is also a Lifetime Member of Indian Plumbing Association, having
membership member L-1912

PRATIK SHEJUL (Design Engineer - Electrical)

A graduate in Electrical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Having a total
experience of around 8 years and worked with various organizations before joining Rheaa. He
is expertise in Electrical Distribution systems, Substation Layouts, Panel designs. He has
worked on various types of projects like Office buildings and commercial projects and high-
rise residential buildings.

DHEERAJ DEOKAR (Design Engineer - Plumbing and Fire Fighting)

A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. Having a total
experience of around 6 years and worked with various organizations before joining Rheaa. He
is expertise in Water Supply Systems, Drainage Systems, Storm Water Systems, Rainwater
Harvesting Systems, Fire Fighting Design, Sprinkler Systems, and Fire alarms systems. He has
worked on various types of projects like Office buildings and commercial projects and high-
rise residential buildings. He is also a Lifetime Member of Indian Plumbing Association, having
