Glue the front roof support (3) to the roof support beam.
Glue the roof support beam (4), the rear seat beam (5)
and the dash beam (6) to the rib support.

Glue the van sides (7) and (8) to the structural assembly.
Lightly score the back (9), front (10) card panels, fold and
glue to the rib and sides.
Glue the axles (11) to the floor.
Lightly score the fold lines in the main van card panel (12)

Glue the card van sides (13 and 14) to

Glue the card roof vents (15 x2) to the

Glue the card AC unit panel (16) to the

top of (16).
20 Glue the card roof rack sides (18) and

Glue the MDF wing mirrors (20) to the

Glue the MDF front bumper (21) in
place.

Align flush to the bottom edge of the
van and centrally to the body.
Glue the wheel panels (22) to the axles.
Glue the card front (23) and back (24)
hub caps to the axle/wheels.
Glue the tyre rims (25) to the wheels.

The sun canopy is an optional fixture.
Fit the canopy supports (26) to the van side
without glue.
Glue the canopy casing beam (27) to the van
27 wall between the canopy supports.
Lightly score the card canopy (28) and glue to
the supports.
26 Allow to dry before removing from the van as
