Have provisions been made to install edge protection (barricading/
5 vertical safety net etc.) once pour is completed i.e. inserting ≥ 20 mm
rebars, pipe etc. prior to casting?
6 Are all loose / free fall materials removed from the slab?
7 Is the vibrator cable connected to ELCB / RCCB?
Is the condition of the vibrator cable to be used while casting

9 Is lighting arrangement proper?
Is the condition of walk way challis provided to walk on reinforcement

Are the ladders providing access to the Slab securely fixed at the top
