Sir/Madam, Facts of the case are that on 09.01.2024 at 10:00 hrs received a petition from Sri Tejavath Peekla S/o Late Tejavath Bheemudu, age: 49 yrs, Caste: ST
(Lambadis), Occ: Central Govt. Employee, R/o H.No. 4-96/9, Plot No. 15P, Sri Gopi Krishna Colony, Nagaram, Keesara Mandal, Medchal Dist. # 7780566101.
In which complainant state that 07.01.2024, at from 16:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs while he was anchoring on stage at special general body meeting of Sri Gopi Krishna
House Owners Association which was conducted at open plot beside Sri Venu Gopal Swamy Temple, Survey No. 27, Nagaram Municipality, Keesara Mandal,
Medchal Dist. Meantime the accused persons i.e., 1) Praveen Kumar # 8187825124 2) Dhanraj # 9948695169, 3) Sunny (Sanketh) # 8247787221 who are
residing in the same colony were insulted, scolded, warned and made fun of him at said meeting. The above said accused persons were repeatedly doing the same
thing in the past, also in the presence of Shri. V. Madhukar Reddy and Shri. M. Krishna who are residing in same colony and also threatening him to implicate
some case and remove from job. Hence, he requested to take necessary action. Received on 09.01.2024 at 10:00 hrs As per the contents of the complaint I
registered a case in Crime No. 14/2024, U/s 3(1) (r) 3(2) (va) of SC/ST (POA) act 2015 & 506 IPC and took up investigation. SD/- Station House Officer PS
