Impact of the landform on the School’s Development
The earliest buildings were made from wood, bamboo, nipa palm, and other local materials, which
blended with the surrounding structures, as the area was still muddy before it was paved. The school is
built on a slight hill, so it doesn't have problems with flooding. Therefore, it was appropriate for these
buildings to be made from native materials. Over time, the school experienced significant development
through partnerships that provided rooms or buildings made from concrete materials.
F. Historical Events and Changes Influenced by the Landform
"For several years, the uneven ground caused difficulties for the school, prompting everyone to work
together to cement the area so that the children wouldn’t suffer during the rains. Indeed, the ground
around the school was cemented, and the area was expanded thanks to the efforts of the school heads
and the stakeholders who donated their resources. In 2021, the school experienced a devastating event
that caused significant damage to four classrooms, completely destroying all their roofs. The students
and teachers were very worried because it became difficult to determine where classes would be held in
those four rooms. Due to the extensive damage, major renovations were made to those classrooms, as
they were being prepared for use again."
