The diagram shows the process of making instant coffee.

Write a report of at least 150 words showing the

main features and making comparisons where relevant.

Text 1
The diagram illustrates various steps in the process of coffee production.
Overall, there are 11 stages in the coffee manufacturing process, beginning with the collection of coffee beans
and ending at the packing stage.
At the first stage of the process, coffee beans are picked by hand before being dried in the sun. The dried
beans are then roasted, cooled quickly and put in a grinder where they become ground coffee. After that, the
ground coffee is mixed with hot water, and this mixture is then strained and frozen, ready for the next step.
At the following stage of the process, the grinder is used once again to grind the frozen liquid, which is then
dried in a vacuum. At this point, the high temperature in the vacuum causes the water to evaporate, leaving
only the ground coffee, which is put into different coffee containers. These coffee jars are delivered to shops
and supermarkets, ready to be sold to consumers.

The diagram outlines the step-by-step process involved in the production of instant coffee.
Overall, producing instant coffee is a man-made linear process that starts with picking and drying the coffee
beans and ends with packing them into jars. The processing of coffee beans consists of four main stages:
roasting, grinding, mixing, and straining.
First of all, the coffee beans are picked manually by the farmers and dried under the sun. The beans are then
roasted and cooled rapidly. Afterwards, the beans are ground into smaller pieces using a machine and mixed
with hot water inside a container. Once the beans are strained, the water mixture is cooled until it becomes
frozen.
The freezing mixture is then ground again using the same machine used to ground the coffee beans. These
small pieces are dried inside a vacuum to get the water out. The final step involves pouring and packing the
ground coffee into jars and labeled to be ready for sale.

The diagram indicates the procedure of coffee being made and the process needed to be taken before
facing the public.
To produce the coffee beans we are familiar with, first of all. the coffee bins need to be picked from
the coffee tree. Then, the farmers dry the beans under the sunlight. After drying them, the beans are
roasted and get the coffee bin shape that we know. However, they cannot be sold in supermarkets yet.
The beans are cooled right away after being roasted and they are grinded by a mixer. The powder is
now mixed with hot water and strained. The mixture is cooled again, but this time, it is cooled at the
temperature that is low enough to be frozen. The solid is converted to powder again by a grinder.
Evaporating the water contained in the ground mixture is the last step before packaging the coffee.
After the elimination of the water inside the coffee, it is sealed into jars and delivered to the
supermarkets or the shops where we can buy coffee.
It takes a lot of steps to produce coffee jars. It is a joy that we can enjoy a cup of coffee without taking
the complicated process.

The diagram depicts the process by which coffee is produced and prepared for sale. The approach, which is not
sophisticated, proves it more traditional way.
Overall, there are eleven stages where raw coffee beans are ground and processed before being packed into
jars. Each of steps are mandatory to process instant coffee to people.
Coffee beans are harvested and spread out by a farmer previously being dried in the sun. After drying, those
are roasted in an oven. The next step is to refrigerate all roasted cffaine grains in a freezer quickly before
grinding by hand in a machine.
The mixture is mixed with hot water in an immense pot after which separating liquid and solid. Then, returning
to the freezer back the frozen mixture is ground again. Finally, full-prepared mixture is distributed to
consumers after the powder is dried in vacuum condition in the oven while water is being evaporated by the
high temperatures.

The graph below illustrates process of coffee production.

Overall, there are eleven different steps of coffee making that connected with each other, starting with
assembling the coffee beans and ending with packing the result in jars.
In the beginning of coffee making it is needed to pick up the beans of coffee, then let them dry, these are 2
main starting steps. After these stages, coffee beans are frying and going to freezer to freeze. Then frozen
coffee beans are passing through the grinder, after the resulting mixture gets into boiled water, after these
stages coffee mixture strain.
In subsequent steps, final mixture again going to freezer to become fully frozen. The next step is same with the
fourth stage, frozen liquid going into grinder. After, mixture that came from grinder need to get into vacuum to
be fully dry. Then in the final stage the resulting coffee mixture finally get packed into jars.
