Citizenship: Indian Citizen
Age Limit: Below 35 years as of October 31st, 2023. Age relaxation may apply as per
government rules.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Master's Degree (Engineering/Technology):
M.E. / M.Tech. with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for OBC/EWS/SC/ST/PwD)
M.Sc. in Engineering from a leading foreign university with a minimum CGPA of 8.00/10 or
3.60/4 (equivalent)
2. Bachelor's Degree (Engineering/Technology):
B.E. / B.Tech. with a minimum of 75% marks (70% for OBC/EWS/SC/ST/PwD) and a valid
GATE score
3. Master's Degree (Science/Humanities/Management/Social Sciences):
Master's degree in the relevant field with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for
OBC/EWS/SC/ST/PwD)
Must have qualified a National Eligibility Test (UGC-CSIR-NET-JRF/Lectureship, NBHM, JEST,
or GATE) in the relevant discipline
For GATE/JEST: Valid score of ≥ 300 (285 for OBC/EWS/SC/ST/PwD) and JEST rank within the
first 400
4. Bachelor's Degree (Science/Humanities/Management/Social Sciences - 4 year program):
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 75% marks (70% for OBC/EWS/SC/ST/PwD)

JIPMER Announces Admissions for BSc Nursing and Allied Health Sciences
Programs (2024-2025)
The Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER),

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Indian Nationality
2. Qualified NEET (UG) 2024 conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA)
3. Age: Minimum 17 years by December 31st, 2024 (born on or before January 1st, 2008) -
No age relaxation for any category.
4. Qualifying Examination:
o Must have passed 10+2 Higher/Senior Secondary Examination with Physics,
Chemistry, Biology/Botany & Zoology (including practical tests) and English as
prescribed by National Council of Educational Research and Training.
o Minimum marks:
Unreserved/EWS: 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Botany

Bachelor of Design (B.Des) entrance exam UCEED can be applied until October 31, 2025, and with a
late fee until November 8th. Admission to IITs Mumbai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Delhi, Design and
Management Jabalpur, Kerala State Institute of Design, Vellore Institute, Nirman Anand, UPSD
Dehradun, Delhi University is based on UCEED score. The exam is on January 19th, and results will be

Opportunities:
Admission to IITs Guwahati, Delhi, and other places is possible. These are courses related to
technology. Jabalpur requires a combination of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology.
Specialization:
B.Des is a four-year course with four semesters of general subjects, followed by specialization
opportunities in Product Designing, Industrial Designing, Communication Designing, Auto-Mobile
Designing, Network Designing, Animation, Graphic Designing, Furniture Designing, etc. This
specialization will help in further studies like M.Des.
