Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I am writing to express my interest in applying for the scholarship offered by Saguniang Bayan/Sir Noly
B. Salleng. As a college student, I am eager to take advantage of this opportunity to pursue my
educational goals.

My name is Nida Bagni, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Temoteo Bagni and I am a resident of Barangay
Tiagan, San Emilio. I am currently enrolled in Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management at Ilocos Sur
Polytechnic State College-Candon Campus.

I am applying for this scholarship program because of financial problem. This scholarship will enable me
to focus on my studies without worrying about the financial burden, allowing me to achieve my
academic goals and give back to our community.
