1.) Which type of management style (immoral, amoral, moral) would you employ?
       Explain.
With all the choices that has been provided, I am definitely going to employ a moral
management style. As this approach mainly prioritizes the ethical considerations in all the
decisions that is going to happen in the business. While I understand that the goal of the business
is to maximize the profit, I believe it should not come at the expense of ethical principles. With the
moral management style, it shows a very positive reputation that builds trusts with both the
customers and employees of the business and it contributes to a sustainable and a very socially
socially responsible business.
2.) Considering the size of the business, what type of ethical lapses (unethical
employee, moral blindness opportunity pressures, competitive pressures, etc.) do
       you expect?
Given all the factors that we consider such as the size of the business and etc, I can see that
the potential ethical lapses may include the opportunity pressures and unethical employee
behavior. Knowing that I am operating a small business, the limited oversight and the resources
may create opportunities for the wrongful use of funds or unethical practices in terms of finances.
Additionally, the employees may be tempted to cut corners or engage in unethical behavior,
especially in the absence of a strong ethical guidelines in the business itself.
3.) Based on the identified ethical lapses, which ethical test/s (utilitarian principle,
golden rule, family test, etc.) would you use as the foundation of your company?
Explain the chosen ethical test/s would help minimize if not eliminate the possible
       ethical lapses.
Don’t get me wrong, all of the ethical tests have their own uses and purposes when applied
correctly, but I believe the golden rule fits the best ethical test for the company that I am going to
create. As this principle endorses treating others as you would like to be treated. By applying the
golden rule in my business, I can ensure that the business practices are fair, just and respectful
to everybody that’s involved. This approach can help minimize unethical behavior by creating a
culture of integrity, empathy and especially accountability.
4.) Propose ways to maintain the ethical standards in your organization. Give at least
three (3) concrete courses of action.
To maintain the ethical standards in my business, I would implement the following strategies:
   • Open communication channels: I am going to encourage open communication and
feedback without any biases to address concerns and promote ethical behavior.
• Ethical Training: I am going to do regular ethical training to all employees to reinforce
ethical principles and the expectations of my employees and myself as well.
• Lastly, reward ethical behavior: I am going to recognize and reward the employees who
demonstrate top notch ethical conduct to reinforce positive behavior towards the
    workplace.
