Payments will be made in 5 progress payments.
Each progress payment will be based on the percentage of work completed, as certified by the
project manager.
The final payment will be made upon substantial completion of the project.
01200.4 - Retainage:
A 10% retainage will be held by the owner until the project is fully completed and accepted.
The retainage will be released in 5 equal installments over a period of 5 months.
01200.5 - Change Orders:
Any changes to the contract price resulting from change orders will be calculated based on a
cost-plus-fee method.
The change order will be issued in writing and will include a detailed description of the
change, the impact on the contract price and schedule, and any necessary revisions to the
