Introduction
In today's digital age, it's more important than ever to keep your accounts secure. One way to do
this is by enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Office 365 account. This added layer of
security requires users to provide a second form of authentication, such as a code sent to their
phone or a biometric identifier, in addition to their password. In this guide, prepared by XC360 for
Wood Products Limited, we will walk you through the steps to set up individual 2FA for your Office
365 Account. By the end of this guide, you will have a more secure login process that protects your
sensitive information from unauthorized access.
