What Happened?
Data submitted by industry in 2022 via the Safer
Together Uniform Non-Conformance Reporting (UNCR)
Program in WA-NT has highlighted an increasing trend
of potential dropped object events across onshore and
offshore operations.
These potential dropped object events include:
• Transport of equipment in poor condition
• Unsecured / loose items (bolts, hand tools, etc) left
loose on loads

Why did it Happen?


• Absence of detailed equipment and material inspection checks
