INCIDENT REPORT
‘On June 1, 2024, I was on my way back to the Housing Authority from home when I was
involved in acar accident in the company vehicke. I stopped at the intersection of Rogers Road
and Lamar Highway then proceeded to cross the lane when I was struck on the back passenger
side of my vehicle. The impact caused my vehicle to spin and hit the front ofa vehicle that was
waiting to cross the lane as well.
Based on the impact, the officer stated in the accident report that I contributed to the accident but
he did not cite me for any traffic violations. { understand his conclusion; however, I firmly
believe that the on-coming vehicle that struck me as driving really fast because they literally
came up out of no where to strike me.
For the record, I have been driving for over 35 years and have never been cited for a car
accident. This concludes my summary of the accident.
